Items purchased online are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of the shipment/postage date. 

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request an exchange, e-mail the details of your original order and reason for exchange to info@shopnormajane.com. Once your request is accepted, instructions on shipping back the item(s)  will be e-mailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

***We DO NOT cover any shipping costs for the exchange process.***

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
